He was the best dad I could ever ask for, although we had our ups and downs, he was always there for me. I've been called "Mini Orca" or "Baby Orca" by his friends for as long as I can remember. I loved him with everything in me, and I wish he was still here. It hurts to know he won't be here to see me grow up, but it was his time to go, and he was in pain for so long. I know deep down that he's gone, but, I don't think I'll ever move past it. It was so sudden, and it still hurts so much. I know he'd be proud of me, for finding someone who loves me, and who will take care of me. I wish he could be here to see me changing. I never did get to say goodbye, and I feel terrible about it. I've changed in more ways then one, so, I suppose I could say it here. Dad, I go by they/them pronouns, and prefer the name Ainsley. I love you dad, I'll never forget the moments we shared whilst listening to music.

He wasn't the best person, but he tried his best. As his family, I'd like to apologize to the people he cut out of his life, or hurt. He knew what he was doing, and he made my mother cut most of her friends out. and he cut more of his friends out, knowing that if he kept them around, they'd call him out. Most people don't know much about what happened after they got cut out of his life. He changed drastically from what I know, he always said that he wanted to be like his father, and in some way-

Skipping afternoon classes to run to Burger King on Gull Road so he could get a damn veggie whopper. Absolutely no F’s given for what people thought. His struggles are no more and he has been set free from the demons of this world.
