Obituary of Jon R Shrauger

It is with great sadness that the family of Jon R Shrauger announces his passing after a brief illness on June 27, 2018, at the age of 61 years. Jon will be forever remembered by his wife of 27 years Lurinda Shrauger, his son Christopher McGee and brother Jim (Marcia) Shrauger and brother-in-laws Scott,Tod (Julie) and Les Henderson. Jon will also be remembered fondly by his nephews Scott Shrauger, Greg (Marjory) Thompson, Joel (Carissa) Henderson and niece Hannah (Eric) Elmblad and several great-nephews and great-nieces, Jorden, Hunter, Travis, Autum, Ryan, Cailin, Ellia, Chloe and McCoy. Jon was predeceased by his father and mother, Raymond and Phyllis Shrauger.

In honoring Jon's wishes there will be no funeral. His wishes were to celebrate his life, so please bring stories to share.

The family would like to invite you to celebrate Jon's life on July 7, 2018 at the American Legion, 6101 S 44th St, Climax, MI 49034 from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.

In lieu of flowers the family would greatly appreciate donations in Jon's name go to the Kairos Dwelling Home Hospice, 2945 Gull Rd, Kalamazoo, MI 49048.
