Obituary of Warren Bartlett McDaniel

Mr. Warren Bartlett (Bart) McDaniel of Kalamazoo, MI. departed this life on June 27, 2018 surrounded by his family. Mr. McDaniel was born on October 10, 1957 in Kalamazoo, MI. the son of Mr. Hughie and Dolores McDaniel.

Warren was baptized and accepted Christ at an early age. He retired from Tender care nursing home after 22 years of working. Warren spent many hours on the lake, fishing and enjoying the tranquility of the water. He also loved riding motorcycles, in his younger years he would take his nephews on great adventure camping trips, building tents in the back yard and could tell the best jokes around.

Warren later in life met and married his wife Wanda, they were married and joined in Christ at Kalamazoo Community Christ ofChurch and have been faithful members every since.

Warren is proceeded in death by his father Hughie McDaniel, brother Frederick Marshall and 2 grandsons Trayvon and Baby Warren Hamilton.

Left to cherish his memories are his mother Dolores Armstead, his father in-law Joe Avent, also his beloved wife Wanda McDaniel. Between the two of them they shared 7 wonderful children: Warren (Latisha) Hamilton, Tobias (Stacey) Cobb, Beadie (Linwood) James, Landrigus (Brittany) Cobb, Loston(Tammie) Cobb, Ebony and Katie McDaniel, 16 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren, his 8 siblings, Donna Brayboy, Deborah Jorgboyan, Barbara Stover, DeeDee (Emmett)McKinley, Hugh McDaniel, Renee McDaniel and OscarArmstead, also a special brother Korvah Korti all of Kalamazoo, MI. and sister in-law Pandora Chatman of Kentucky, a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.

Warren had many friends and lots of family that loved him and will miss him dearly, three people that will forever hold a special spot, his nephew Michael McDaniel, his best friend Brett Leake and his cousin Ramone Wogoman.

The Angels came to take Warren to be with Jesus on June 27, 2018. His memory will be forever cherished.
