Obituary of Francisco Saldivar, Jr.

Francisco Saldivar, Jr passed away quietly on April 24, 2018 at the age of 70. He was surrounded by the Love of his life Gracielia Saldivar and his loving Son-Francisco Ramon Saldivar (Frankie).

He was born on April 26, 1947 in Brownsville, Texas and is a High School Graduate. Frank is preceded in death by his father and mother and four brothers. He is survived by his Wife, Son, sister- Ponchita, two brothers and four other sisters.

Frank is lovingly remembered by Guadalupe L. Garza-Mother in Law, Carmen Garza- Sister in Law,  Patty Garza- Sister in Law, Julie Garza- Sister in Law, Gloria Tamayo – Sister in Law, Rosalva Larrasquitu - Sister in Law(husband-Jamie), Blanca Massad – Sister in Law(husband-Luis),  Raymond Garza – Brother in Law (wife- Rosie), Manuel Garza – Brother in Law( wife-Esperanza), Carlos Garza – Brother in Law (wife-Judy).  Best Friends Jim and Susan Estrada and many other friends.

Frank loved mowing his lawn and gardening. He enjoyed grilling and playing cards. But most of all Frank loved being at home with his family and watching TV.  Frank worked at Meijer for many years and then at the Paper Mill until it closed.

We will all miss Franks’ unique sense of humor and abundant kindness that he had for everyone he knew.

The Family would like to thank Dr. Michael Raphelson and all the wonderful Nurses and staff at the Rose Arbor Hospice House for the special care that Frank received, as well as Dr. Berger and the staff at West Michigan Cancer Center. Also the Doctors and Nurses at Bronson Hospital.

There will be no viewing and no services. The Family would like all those who knew and loved Frank to keep him in their prayers.
