Frank went out of his way to help people in need.
I met him in the Kalamazoo County Courthouse where he regularly supported people with substance abuse problems.
Since confidentiality was always respected, I knew little of the people he supported and the impact he had upon the recovery.
I will miss his cheerful greetings and offer my condolences to the his loved ones.

Frank was someone who truly cared about Kalamazoo and its veterans. He was one of the most vocal activists I know at meetings and was passionate about what he believed. Kalamazoo will miss him.
I heard from Aaron Edlefson that Frank had passed on Easter. I am very sorry for your loss. I liked him a lot, and the others on the board did, too. We will miss him, but we are grateful for the works he did in our community while he was with us.
