Obituary of Michael Francis McGuire

Michael Francis McGuire passed away on Saturday March 3, 2018 at Rose Arbor Hospice in Kalamazoo Michigan at the age of 67. He had a passion for golf, wood working and collecting hand guns. Michael was born in Kalamazoo Michigan on November 22, 1950. He was graduated from Comstock High School in the Class of 1968 and joined the United States Army. He was the oldest son of Carole Jane (Blackburn) McGuire and Francis J. McGuire, both formerly of Richland Michigan. He has three brothers; one who preceded him in death, John (Catherine) Patrick McGuire; and is survived by two brothers, Kelly (Donna) Joseph McGuire and Jeffrey (Rebecca) James McGuire; as well as two children, Melissa McGuire and Shaun McGuire. It was his decision not have any memorial service, but instead thoughts and memories of him should be directed as donations to the Rose Arbor Hospice as his memoriam for the great care that they provided for him during his last days. “Remember me in your heart, your thoughts and your memories of the times we loved, the times we laughed, the times we cried and even the times we fought, for if you remember me I will never be gone”.
