Obituary of Jolene White

D. Jolene White 78 of Scotts, Michigan went to be with her Savior on January 4, 2018, after battling cancer. She was born to Joseph and Nina Mleczewski on December 1, 1939. She is survived by her husband of 57 years Philip; Brothers, Kenneth (Roberta), Dave (Linda), and Terry (Debbie); Sons, Larry (Charlene) and Jeffrey (Maria) and five grandchildren, Raechel, Valerie, Kimberly, Joseph, and James. She also had several nieces and nephews.  She graduated from Climax-Scotts High School in 1957 and then went on to be an executive secretary at Upjohn from where she retired after 30 years. Her interests included working in her iris garden, being outdoors, and spending time at her lake cottage up north. She also enjoyed many creative and artistic activities including cake decoration, soft sculpture dolls, ceramics, eggery, and crocheting. She was most happy spending time with her beloved grandchildren.  A celebration of life and luncheon will be held on January 8, 2018, at the Scotts Community Center from 3:00-5:00.
