Obituary of Donna Kay Echols-Townsell

Donna Kay Townsell (60) of Kalamazoo, MI passed away peacefully at home on December 9, 2017.  Donna Kay was born in Kalamazoo Mi on September 7, 1957 to Indiana Holt and John Echols.

Donna Kay was a graduate of Loy Norrix High School and attended Western University. She worked as a Medical Support Assistant at Borgess Medical Center in Portage, MI.

Donna Kay truly lived life to the fullest through talking with friends, shopping, traveling, spending time with her granddaughter, family and her two dogs. She had a wonderful ability to create art work, loved cooking and hosting family gatherings. She was baptized at an early age at Friendship Baptist Church.  

Donna Kay is survived by her husband, Terry Townsell of 20 years. She leaves to cherish her memories (Daughter) Sheena Mitchell, (Grand Daughter) Kaylin Parish, (Brother) R.L Echols (Charmane Echols), (Sister) Anna B. Carter, (Brother) John Dale Echols, (Brother) Larry Darnell Echols and many nieces,nephews and cousins Proceeding in death by (Parents) Indiana Holt and John Echols and (Brother) Robert Echols.
