Obituary of Ronald Joseph Hummel

Ronald Joseph Hummel, age 75 of Kalamazoo Michigan, passed away peacefully on August 7, 2017 at his home in Kalamazoo.
A private Memorial Service will be held at East Cooper Cemetery at a later date.  
Ron was born in Kalamazoo, Michigan, to Phillip and Anastasia Hummel on May 25, 1942.  He worked as a machine repairman for General Motors for 35 years.  Ron enjoyed being at home, fishing and had several hobbies and collections. 
Ron is survived by his daughters Lisa Rose Hummel and Paula Jo White both of Kalamazoo. His brother, Richard Hummel and a sister Denise Sorenson.  Grandchildren Matt White, Zachary (Marissa) Miner and Hunter Miner and two Great granddaughters Ariana Rose White and Etta Rose Miner. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
He is preceded in death by his wife,  Rosa Leta Hummel, his parents Phillip and Anastasia Hummel, son, Joseph Hummel, brothers Walter Williams and Edward Williams.
