Obituary of Charline Snell
Charline Snell was born on February 28, 1942 to Magnolia and Charlie Sanders in Marvell, Arkansas. She was one of eight children. Four girls and four boys.
She accepted Christ as her Savior and was baptized in the Christian family. Charline attended Fresh Fire AME Church, where she served as a faithful member and usher.
Charline was employed by Borgess, where she served dutifully for 33 years before retiring. In her leisure she enjoyed serving on the usher board, going to garage sales, going out to eat and spending time with her family.
On March 5th, 2017, God called her to a place of peace and rest. She was preceded in death by (mother) Magnolia Sanders, (father) Charlie Sanders, (brother) Nathaniel Gilcrest, (sister) Sheena Rush, (sister) Christina Whitfield, (sister) Gearlene Grays, and dear friend Dorothy Mae Jefferson.
Charline touched the lives of many people with her smile and generosity. She leaves to cherish fond memories, one daughter, Bobbie Davis; three brothers, Otis Sanders, Ernest Sanders, and Julius Sanders; one granddaughter, Angela (Herb) Sykes; three great-granddaughters, Arneisha McDermott, Khalidha Davis and Aquariah Sykes; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
