Obituary of Bobby D. Wallace
Bobby D. Wallace was born in Tupelo, MS the son of Addie B. Shell and Tom Wallace, his parents had 16 children, two of whom passed early in life, Eddie and Lucille. Bobby moved to Kalamazoo, MI in the 1960’s. He got a job at the Kalamazoo County Club as a dishwasher than met Rosie Lee who was a waitress. They got married and bared two children, Angela King Wallace and Nathan Wallace. Bobby started working at Pre-cast Construction company where he worked for over 30 years until retirement.
Bobby enjoyed fishing as his hobby. He traveled to his hometown every year to Tupelo, MS to visit his family with his children. Bobby has 3 grandchildren: Natily R. Wallace of Texas, Zyad Wallace and Zana Wallace of Kalamazoo, Michigan and 1 great grandson, Lawrence of Texas. Bobby has two remaining brothers and 1 sister alive today out of the 16 brothers and sisters he had. His sister Clinteen Fridge of Chicago, Brothers Timothy Wallace of Tupelo, MS and Sylvester Wallace of Kansas City. Bobby also has 5 step children: Carolyn White of Kalamazoo, Edna Jean Babbitt of Kalamazoo, Donnie White of Kentucky, Irene White of Atlanta, GA and Michael White of Grand Rapids.
