Obituary of Robin Lynn Blodgett
Robin grew up in Kalamazoo were she met William Spinks and from there she took one of the hardest jobs in the world. She was a stay home mother of 2 children Billy and Josie Spink. Robin spent the better part of her teenager years spreading her enthusiasm and motherly love to her younger siblings. She enjoyed things such as roller skating ,camping and tattoos. Robin was a quiet individual who frequently kept to her self to prevent others from feeling burden by her. She would be the 1st to give you what ever she had if you didn’t have it and you needed it. Robin was special. She is what called a Leaper. That means she can celebrate her birthday every 4 years or to keep a normal flow of a yearly birthday. Imagine technically she is 13.5 years old . She always celebrate on March 1st making her 54 year old.
Robin proceed in death by both parents Duane Blodgett and Sally Ackerman and brother Duane Blodgett, JR . Robin is survived by her siblings Thomas Blodgett (Brandi) Tammy Elliott (George), Dawn Ackerman, Michael Ackerman. Her children Josie Spinks and Billy Spinks, nieces and nephews include Michael Dougherty, Robert Dougherty, Samantha Smith, Sally Blodgett, Amy Blodgett, Thomas Jacob Blodgett, Jeramaya Wahmhoff, Dakota Wahmhoff, Shelby Perry, Cagel Ackerman, Tyrus Ackerman, Brandon Blodgett and Ryan Blodgett
No Traditional Memorial Service will be held. Flowers, food and donations towards cremation welcome and can be sent to 6659 Walburn St, Kalamazoo, Mi. 49048.
Memorial Balloon Release will occur on Friday 11/10/22 at 4pm Pavilion Estates
