Farewell to a wonderful Lady, Mrs. Elizabeth Carter. I met Mrs. Carter as a member of the Macedonia Church and I lived across the street from the Church. She was a constant with youth programs as far back as I can remember; it was always groups of children at Macedonia along with Mrs. Carter and other adults. A wonderful display of a Village raising the children. She was an example of a Godly woman, my love, respect and sympathy to her great family. Her children, extended family and community rise up and call her blessed! Absent from the body but surely present with the Lord. How are you able to measure her greatness, she lived far beyond the three score and ten years, the scripture declares that is by reason of strength and who but God gives strength.
