Obituary of Louis Henry Lee
Louis Henry Lee was born May 27, 1957, the son of Davis Lee and Florence McKinley Lee (Jones). On Sunday, July 31, 2022 the Lord saw fit to call his soldier home. Louis spent his childhood and adolescent years in Saginaw, Michigan. Louis was educated in Saginaw public schools. Louis then went on to serve his country in the Army. Louis eventually settled in the West Michigan area, Battle Creek and Kalamazoo. Where he soon met and married, the love of his life, Angela (Middlebrooks) Lee. Louis Lee worked at Bronson Hospital as a Environmental Services Technician until he retired.
Louis Lee loved singing praises to the Lord and he accepted Christ at an early age. Louis could be found singing in choirs and quartets, from Saginaw to Kalamazoo. Louis never met a stranger and you would often see him opening his wallet to help anyone in need, (even strangers). Louis had a love for pictures and was known as the "Picture Man" to many in the Kalamazoo area. Louis gained this nickname because he sold beautiful pictures all around Kalamazoo. Louis' family often lovingly called him "LH". Whenever you were in the presence of Louis, he made sure you were good and had everything you needed. Louis had a heart of gold.
