Obituary of Belinda Moore Armstrong

Celebrating the life of Belinda Armstrong Linda, as she is affectionately known, was the eldest daughter born to Roosevelt (Bill) and Erma Jean (Jean) Tucker on February 25, 1958 in Chicago, IL. This, explains why she could be a little bossy at times. But, it was always with good intentions and out of the abundance of love from her heart. Her adorable side gave way to an understanding and loving wife, mother, sister, friend, and confidant who have touched the lives of countless people. Linda was a lover of life, funny and outgoing. She often visited her loved ones, no matter how far she or they lived. She will truly be missed. Linda received a formal education at John Marshall High School in Chicago, IL, and immediately began her journey in the workforce. Her last assigned task was a Home Health Care Provider. Linda met her Mr. Wonderful, Charles Armstrong, and they married on July 21, 1997. Linda professed her love and faith in Christ at an early age. Linda's following of Christ has led her to several churches in her lifetime. She last attended Mount Zion Baptist Church in Kalamazoo, MI until Christ himself chose her lovely flower out of the garden on Tuesday, January 11, 2022. Preceding Linda is her parents Roosevelt and Erma Jean Tucker, two brothers, Roosevelt Tucker Jr., Gregory Dewayne Tucker, and two sisters, Brenda Tucker and Valencia Jean Tucker. Linda leaves loving and cherished memories to a devoted husband, Charles Armstrong, four sons: James Tucker of Chicago, IL, Cleveland Moore (Quanza) of Rockford, IL, Carrvell Moore of Davenport, IA and Terry Davis of Chicago, IL; four grandchildren: Helen, Iesha, Tyra, Lorainee, and Clevshauna; three great grandchildren: Da'Ziah and Mi'Keam; four brothers: Aaron Tucker, Reginald Tucker, Kenneth Tucker (Shelley) and Fredrick Tucker (Debbie) all of Chicago, IL; two sisters: Veronica Campbell (Tony) of Mount Vernon, IL and Clara Nettles of Chicago, IL; three aunts: Rosemary Turner and Mary Ann Prater of St. Louis, MO and Annie Mae Johnson (Arthur) of Cincinnati, OH, and a host of relatives and friends.
