Obituary of Edwin Bird Gray

Edwin Bird Gray, 79, died January 3, 2022. Born in Adrian, Michigan, on May 8, 1942, he was the son of Earl and Edith Gray. Edwin married Wanda Marie Cole on August 7, 1965. Edwin demonstrated hard work to his 4 sons by working many jobs in his lifetime. He loved being a father to his sons, Gary, Mickhael, Todd (all of Kalamazoo, Michigan) and Troy (of Beaumont, Texas). Edwin is also survived by brothers Bill Gray and Charles Gray and Sister Kareen Sneyd, 13 grandchildren, and 19 great-grandchildren. He follows in death his parents, his wife, his sister Edith May, and grandson Gary Jr. His humor, willingness to talk to anyone, devotion to family and hard work will be remembered and greatly missed. A memorial will take place at Cross Community Church of the Nazarene at 11:00 am on Saturday, January 15, 2022.
