Obituary of Rufus Jackson

Rufus Jackson was called home to our Lord Tuesday, July 20th, 2021. Born November 1st, 1951, to Earl Jackson and Bobby Smith in Yazoo Mississippi that later relocated to Battle Creek Michigan, He was the oldest of seven siblings Beloved sister Erniece, Brother's Sherman, Welks, Leon, David, and Earl Jr Jackson. To all that knew Rufus, he was a very loving individual full of wisdom with endless loyalty for loved ones he held dearly always there to support when he could and willing to listen with no judgment. Best teacher of given knowledge with self-love self-worth and our history. He is survived by his beloved partner Nona Riddle, Biological son Tim Otis, stepchildren Terrance, Terry, Tiffany, Tunesa, Tonian, Tommy Riddle. Grandchildren Calobe Riddle and Lestacia Ramos. He will forever be remembered as a loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, and friend.
