Obituary of DeAndre Antonio Jackson

DeAndre Antonio Jackson was tragically taken from us and entered his heavenly home on Friday June 11th, 2021. He was born on December 25, 1998 in Kalamazoo Michigan the son of Carla Wilkins and Deshawn Jackson. DeAndre was a loving son, brother, nephew, grandson, and friend. Dre loved so many and was loved by so many more. He had an energy that with even just one encounter with him, you would remember him for life. Dre had a deep love for his family and friends and cherished the time they would spend together. Deandre attended Kalamazoo Public Schools and then took classes for his GED at Glen Mills School in PA. Dre enjoyed playing basketball, football, and soccer. Listening to music brought him the greatest joy. Dre will be missed everyday by his parents, brother, sisters’ grandparents, loving aunts, uncles, cousins and many, many great friends. He was proceeded in death by his grandparents Lucille (Jewell) Snell, great grandmother, Maudine Coleman; brother, Joesiaha Davis; uncles, Dondreal Watkins and She’ Ron Wright; great grandparents, Willie H (Laura) Coleman, Mamie (Alex) Wilkins. He leaves to cherish his memory, his parents; Carla Wilkins and Deshawn Jackson; Three Sisters Ashiyah Wilkins, DeAngelle Jackson and Aalayah Smith; One Brother: Lamontrell Wilkins; Grandparents Gretta and Clarence Wilkins, Aunts; Gretta (Montrell) Taylor, GiGi Coleman, Joyce Jackson, Wendy (Andre) Stubbs, Debra (William) Johnson, Uncles; Lamar (LC) Stacy, Eugene (Bernard) Stacy; God Parents Victor Bible and Lynnette Lipsey One Special Sister Tranisha Stevenson, one Special Uncle Johnnie Berry and a host of Uncles, Aunts, Cousins, and friends.
