Obituary of Scott Foster Timmer

Scott Foster Timmer Our beloved brother, Scott Foster Timmer, passed away unexpectedly May 10th, 2021 at his home in Kalamazoo, Michigan. Scott was the son of Adrian Timmer and Carol Ann Cunningham. Scott was born on April 9, 1962 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He graduated from Portage Northern High School and also earned his bachelor's degree from Western Michigan University. He was a former bank manager. He is survived by 3 sisters: Kathy (James) Durling, Judith (Dan) Rogers, and Jodie (Scott) Lyons; 2 children, Kayla (Maxwell) Teune and Nicholas Bauman. He has 1 granddaughter, Sophia Teune. Scott has many nieces and nephews who will miss him dearly. He also leaves behind former wife, Debbie Veersma Miller; and special friend, Gail Morton. He was preceded in death by one brother, Douglas Adrian Timmer, and his parents, Adrian Timmer and Carol Ann Cunningham. A memorial service will be held to pay tribute to Scott on Saturday, May 22, 2021 at CrossWinds Church. Address is: 1683 142nd Avenue, Dorr, MI, 49423. Service will be from 11 am to 2:00 pm.
