Obituary of James Ellis Seay

James Ellis Seay was called home on February 24, 2021. James was born on October 2, 1927 to Ned Seay and Lizzie who passed away shortly after giving birth. James was known to many as "Papa Smurf" or "Pops" in his later years. James was proceeded in death first by his youngest son John Scott Seay and then his wife of 51 years Yvonne Quilett "Thomas" Seay. Leaving behind the elder son James Alan Seay and daughter Zita Denise Seay "Pratt." He also had a host of grandchildren and great grandchildren that he loved to see and help take care of throughout the years. Pops will forever be Loved and missed.
