Obituary of Ethel Mae Palmore

Ethel Palmore went home to be with the Lord on January 17, 2021. She was born August 6th, 1934, to Berta and Jake cooks in Hope, Arkansas. She married Hildred Palmore on January 18, 1954. She enjoyed creating crafts sewing, quilting, cooking, and she worked at Up John’s for 27 years. She was a faithful member of Bible Baptist Church of Kalamazoo where she served as an usher, on the flower committee, choir and visitor's committee with her husband. She leaves to cherish her memory her daughters, Jerri (Spencer) Smith of Kalamazoo, Michigan. Michele (Troy) Harris of Grand Rapids, Michigan. Her son Corey Palmore of Arizona. Grandsons Byron Smith of Grand Rapids, Mi. Steve (Zakiya) Harris of Lansing, Mi. Granddaughters Leslie Smith of Kalamazoo, Mi and Linds’e Harris of Grand Rapids, Mi. Four great granddaughters, Breonna, Amani and A’lyvia Harris. Also, A’lycia Brown, and two great grandsons, Javon Harris and Avery Brown. One sister Rubyse Dempsey of Hope Arkansas and a host of niece, nephews and friends.
