Obituary of Nathaniel Lee Stegall

Mr. Nathaniel Stegall passed away on December 13, 2020 in Kalamazoo, Michigan. He was born September 25, 1961 in Kalamazoo, Michigan to parents of Gentrel and Ollie Stegall. In 1983 he married Annette Allison and to this union two sweethearts were born, Samantha Stegall and Brigette Wiksten. In 2002 he married Marion Pohl and to this union two more sweethearts were born, Felice Stegall, and Dendra Walker. He graduated for Kalamazoo Central High School in 1979, were he played varsity Baseball, Track and Field, and football. He enjoyed Fishing, riding his bike, lifting weights and bowling. He left Kalamazoo to live in Berlin, Germany, he even learned to speak the language fluently. While in Germany he worked as a Page at the Hilton Hotel were served Arnold Schwarzenegger, and Sylvester Stallone. He worked at various jobs over the years, he was a Filling Machine Operator at Prairie Farms Dairy, a Machine Operator/Forklift Driver at Mall City Containers, Inc., also worked at Impact Label Corp. He studied Business Administration/Sports Management at Columbia Southern University, where he earned a Bachelor’s Degree, he also earned a Associates Degree in Arts of Business from Western International University. Nathaniel is preceded in death by his mother, Ollie Stegall, brothers: Charles and Timothy Stegall, and niece Nakia Stegall. He leaves to cherish his memory his father Gentrel Stegall, wife Marion Stegall, Kids: Samantha Jo Stegall, of Dallas, TX, Brigette Renee Wiksten, of Boston, MA, Felice Marie Stegall, Dendra (Chana) Walker of Kalamazoo, MI. Grandchildren: Amara Lynn Wiksten, Terra Elizabeth Wiksten, Nohra Florence Wiksten all of Boston, MA. Brothers: Perry (Valerie) Stegall, Tommy Stegall Sr. Nieces: Cakneeshia Stegall, Taniesh Stegall, Shanequa Cooper, Brittany Plair, Tia Fennessee. Nephews: Tommy Stegall Jr, Ci’on Gund, Tishaun Cooper. Great nieces and nephews: Ciarah Gund, Calvin Jr and Cha’Nya Watson, Jonah, Jailynn, Jaidyn, Jordyn Thomas, Tre’Quan, MarShaun Murphy. Special Friends Terry Green, Tony Thompson, Alan Starks, and Steve Salters.
