Obituary of Robert Dale Crump

Robert Dale Crump, age of 54 from Portage, went to be with the lord on March 27th, 2020. He is survived by his wife Karla: step children, Jason Goodenough, Zachariah Goodenough, Kiersten (Bradley) Gunderson: grandchildren, Gabriel and Isabelle Gunderson. Robert is also survived by his parents James H. and Dawn Crump; grandmother, Dorothy Kelly; brothers, James C. (Jennifer) Crump, Jason (Kimberly) Crump, Jeremy (Kristin) Crump; nephews, Josh, Patrick, and Landon Crump; Nieces, Kennidee, Brinley, and Tatelynn Crump; along with many aunts, uncles, and cousins. He was preceded in death by grandparents, John Kelly, John and Gladys Crump, and Leonel and Mary George; brother, Jimmy Wayne; nephew Cody Austin Crump. Robert was born on July 27th, 1965 in Watervliet, Michigan. He graduated from Paw Paw High School in 1984 and then enlisted in the Army directly after graduation. Robert drove truck for Holman Parts and Services for 25 years and took pride in his work and enjoyed talking to the clients he came to know on his routes. A memorial service will be scheduled at a later date.
