She loved spending time with her family, being outdoors, and in particular she loved fishing. If she had to stay inside, she loved to visit the casino and play bingo.
If the sun was shining come Saturday, you would find Lori in her favorite spot at Galesburg Speedway. She was a lifetime supporter of the venue and spent ever Saturday night she could cheering for her favorite drivers. She was always meeting everyone with a warm greeting and smile. There were even times she strapped in to participate in Powder-puff racing events. Racing was a way of life for Lori and she enjoyed visiting other local short track venues, but Galesburg Speedway would always be home to her. Her presence will be greatly missed by drivers, staff ,and the fans alike.
Lori had a smile for everyone. She had a kind heart and a loving spirit that made others feel at ease in her presence. She cared deeply and genuinely for her friends and family. She was a true giver who often put the needs of others before herself. Above all, she was known for her love of family, with a special place in her heart reserved for her grand-kids. They were truly her most valuable possession.
Lori will be missed dearly by those who loved her and their lives will never be the same without her.
