Obituary of Judy Kay Smith

Judy Kay Smith passed away March 5th 2020 surrounded by her loving family. Judy loved crocheting, watching Tigers baseball and Nascar. She was an avid fan at her children’s sporting events and was often helping to coach or keeping score. Even with numerous health problems she would try to be at her grandchildren and great grandchildren’s events. Her greatest joy was spending time with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and made a point to help with teaching them and nurturing them. She was preceded in death by her parents, Millard (Bud) and Donna Pierce and 2 sisters, Kathy Ann and Vicki Ann who was also her best friend. She is survived by her husband of 52 years, Jackielee Smith and three children, Stacey (Tony) Hitt, Jack (Jennifer) Smith and Todd (Mandi) Smith. Grandchildren Brittany, Rochelle, Bailee, Jordyne, Joshua, Jacob, Kaitlyn, Hailey, Lydia and Lucas. Great grandchildren Ahniya, Nhadia, Stormii, Ryker Hazel, and Paxton. She also had 3 honorary daughters who considered her a second mom, Kelli, Tracy and Kim and her very loving loyal canine companion Buddy.
