Obituary of Maleeyah Derionna Wyrick

Maleeyah Derionna Wyrick, age 2 gained her angel wings on Saturday February 29th, 2020. Maleeyah was born on August 17th, 2017, In Kalamazoo Michigan, to the parents of Mary Ellen Shultz and Deric Diondre Wyrick whom she is named after. A loving bright and energetic little girl. Maleeyah also known as “Lee Lee” brought so much joy to her family. She truly was the apple of her mamas’ eye. Maleeyah loved to sing baby shark, Herman the worm and her famous Johnny Johnny! She loved talking on the phone and face timing her daddy. Her and her daddy always said “Waka Waka Waka love you” before they got off of the phone. Leelee was always busy running, dancing and playing. She loved cuddles and being close to the ones she loved, especially if you had Youtube on your phone or just a phone in your hand period. She loved watching movies and series like Coco and She was always saying to turn on chip potato. She brought so much joy to so many people. Blessed are those who mourn, for they will be comforted -Matthew 5:4 Maleeyah is survived by her parents Mary Ellen Shultz and Deric Diondre Wyrick. Her big brothers Jaydon (Jay Jay)Shultz-Robinson, Clifton Davis, Isaac Davis, Derick(Bubba) Wyrick, Dylan Wyrick. Her big sisters Shayla (Shay Shay)Worden, Dominique (Nique) Ollis, Annalise (Nani) Wyrick, Davaiah Wyrick, Bella(Bell Bell) Rudduck, Kayleena Shultz (LaLa) and little sister Alexandria Wyrick. Her maternal grandparents Chris (Papa)Shultz and Phyllis (Baka) Shultz. Her paternal grandparents Minnie(Granny) Wyrick-Mitchell, Charles Roy Wyrick and Andre (Pop Pop) Mitchell and many aunt, uncles and cousins. Funeral services will take place Saturday March 7th, 10:00 Visitation. Celebration Service 11:00. Family Worship Center, 5841 East H Are. Kalamazoo MI 49048. Interment will follow at the Riverside Cemetery 1015 Gull Road, Kalamazoo MI. Luncheon at church following Interment.
