Obituary of Steven Thomas

Steven Thomas peacefully departed this life on Thursday, October 31, 2019, surrounded by his family. He was born September 2, 1957, in Chicago, Illinois, to the late Eddie and Muzzette Thomas. He moved to Kalamazoo MI in 1999.  Steven was employed for many years as a railroad conductor. Steve will be remembered for his love of music and playing the guitar. He enjoyed a good barbecue, hanging with his brothers and family, his heart belonged to his fiancée Sarah. She was devoted to him until the very end.

Steve was preceded in death by his father; Eddie Thomas and his beloved mother, Muzzette Thomas: his brothers: Eddie Jr. and Michael Thomas; and his sister Deloris Rayford. Steve leaves to cherish his memory; his brothers Maurice, Ronald and sister, Darlene Thomas; and his loving fiancée Sarah Dyer Thomas; and a host of other relatives and friends.
