Obituary of Charles Edward Baumgarte, Jr

Charles Edward Baumgarte, Jr. was reunited with his wife Jovonna on Wednesday, September 25, 2019.  He was born on September 21, 1950, in Dayton, Ohio to his parents Verna Mae Vail and Charles Edward Baumgarte, Sr.

Charles spent his remaining days surrounded by his family and friends.  He loved Football, listening to music and watching westerns.  

He is survived by his daughter Lindsey; grandchildren: Dominik, Ellahneissa, and Jayviontae; sons Doug and Scott, and their children. His siblings: Cheryl Snow, Scott Jones, Beth Penny, Sandy Miller, Paul Jones III, Sue Ellen Cravens, Melinda Downs, Sally Benedict; and many nieces nephews and cousins. 

Charles is preceded in death by his wife Jovonna, his parents, brother Arthur, uncle Keith Vail, step-father Paul B. Jones, Jr., and his sister Mary.

Although Charles has departed from this life and will be truly missed, he will live on in the hearts of those who love him.  A memorial will be held at the VFW 6252 in Comstock Mi. on Saturday October 5th.. at 1 o'clock.
