Obituary of Nancy Jo Morgan

Nancy Jo Morgan, 68 years old of Inverness, Fl. formerly from Hastings, MI.

Nancy was born in Hastings, MI on June 30, 1950, to Alvin Richard Morgan and Josephine Eleanor Rose.  She lived in Hastings, MI with her husband of 9 years, Wayne Wiand.

She was the owner/operator of Love-N-Care assisted living home for women in Hastings, MI.  Nancy was a caretaker her whole life, she excelled at caring for those who could no longer care for themselves.

Nancy was a faithful member of Calvary Apostolic Church in Battle Creek, MI, and Living Waters UPC in Inverness, FL.

Nancy went to meet Jesus on May 30, 2019, at Rose Arbor Hospice Home in Kalamazoo, MI., after a brave and fearless fight with cancer.

She is survived by her husband, Wayne Wiand of Inverness, FL.; 3 children: Tracy Jo Lemon of Dowagiac, MI, Frances Elaine (John) Green of Dowagiac, MI, and Bernard Charles Hause Jr. of Hastings, MI.; 3 step-children: Jessica Wiand of Kingston, NY, James Wiand of Wappingers, NY, and Dylan Wiand of Middletown, NY; 23 grandchildren and 19 great-grandchildren. Her sister, Jeanette (Ray) Burt of Syracuse, IN., and brother Alvin (Nancy) Morgan of Nashville, MI; sister-in-law Dottie Ives of League City, TX.

Nancy was preceded in death by her parents, Josephine Rose and Alvin Morgan. Her brothers, Richard Morgan, Russell Morgan and a sister, Mary Thompson.

Nancy has received her reward promised to her in Matthew 25:21 “Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy Lord.”
