Obituary of Steven James Guldemond

Passed away Wednesday, May 15, 2019, at the home of his step-daughter, Jennifer Ramsey.  Mr. Guldemond was born January 9, 1961, in Battle Creek, MI, the son of Fredrick and Beverly Guldemond and grandson of C.K. and Myrta Guldemond and James and Amy Coote who all preceded him in death.  He had been a resident of Galesburg most of his life.  His passion was playing disk golf on the Kalamazoo course he helped create and maintain.

Mr. Guldemond is survived by his children Joshua Guldemond of Grand Rapids, Jeremy (Corrin) Guldemond of Brunswick OH, Jennifer (Branden) Ramsey of Galesburg, Melissa Papierz Guldemond of Galesburg; 3 great grandchildren, Michael, Kennedy and Skylar; and several children who called him Papa, Tyler, Jasmine and Nattalie.  Also surviving are his significant other, Kathy Storey, sister, Nancy Guldemond Cosino of Fountain Inn, SC, an aunt and uncle, Joyce (Lynn) Rupp of Battle Creek, several cousins and many, many dear friends.
