Obituary of Victor Lee Mohead

Mr. Victor Lee Mohead departed this life on Wednesday, January 23, 2019, surrounded by his loving family. He was born on Saturday, May 2, 1953 in Albion, Michigan to the proud parents of Robert and Reita Mohead.  Victor attended Albion Public School. 

He married Celeste Burton, which later ended in divorce.

Victor was formerly employed at Springport Steel, and also in Litchfield, MI as a welder.  He would occasionally attend Holy Lite Church in Albion, MI., under the leadership of Pastor Brad Hall.

Victor enjoyed fishing, riding bikes, and spending time with his family and friends.  He is preceded in death by his parents Robert and Reita Mohead, his brothers: Herman Mason, Robert Mohead, Jr., Charles Mohead, Norman Mohead; and his sisters: Geneva Mohead, Frances Askew, and Dorothy Squire.

He leaves to forever cherish his memory his brother Leon (Julia) Mohead, his sister Audrey Jones, step-sister Mattie Neeley all of Albion, MI., his brother-in-law Leonard Jones of Grand Rapids, MI., along with a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.

Cremation has taken place and a Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
