I am so sorry for your lost. Some would say "If I only had one more day with this person, I would have said this to them." None of us know when we will die (Ecclesiastes 9:12), so we should cherish every moment with the ones we love.
Psalm 90:10 says that our life span now is 70 years; 80 if we are especially strong. Then Ecclesiastes 9:11 says that our life can be gone by time and chance that may happen (KJ). But he that does the will of God remain forever (1John 2:17).(jw.org)
