Died Monday evening, May 8, 2017 at his residence.
Michael was born on May 24, 1950 in Kalamazoo. He was a 1968 graduate of Loy Norrix High School and a 1972 graduate of Northern Michigan University. He was employed in banking, insurance and household goods moving.
He was proceeded in death by his father Ted Lawrence in 2012. He is survived by his mother, Marilyn S. Lawrence of Kalamazoo, sister Janis Weller of Kalamazoo, daughter Christine (Kevin) Cypret of Schaumburg, IL, daughter Katherine Lawrence of Kalamazoo, nephew Benjamin Breux of Kalamazoo and granddaughter Sydney Cypret.
Cremation has taken place. There will be no viewing or memorial service. Contributions may be made to the charity of your choice.
