Obituary of James Bailey Jones, Jr.

Mr. James Bailey Jones Jr., JB Jr, transitioned from this life on October 20th, 2021 at Rose Arbor Hospice. He was born February 20th 1960, in Kalamazoo Ml. to Mr. James B. Jones Sr. and Gladys M. Jones. He was baptized at an early age at North Community Reformed Church, under the leadership of Rev. B. Moses James. He attended Kalamazoo Public Schools and lastly Loy Norrix High School. James Jr. was previously employed with The Kalamazoo County Road Commission, Croyden School, Ka_lamazoo Fencing Co. and most recent as a Home Health Aide for his brother Christopher Jones until his health failed. James Jr. loved Sports and was a diehard Dallas Cowboys fan. He would watch ESPN all day when he could. He loved watching all sports. On holidays, you would find him opening his doors to everyone that knew him and some that didn't, and he and Baby Jan would feed them all. He was a great son to his mother Gladys and a great husband, father and grandfat her. James Jr was a family man. He loved his family and James Jr had a good heart . He was preceded in death by his father, Mr. James B. Jones Sr. son, Walter, brother, Zachary R. Jones, and nephew, Dawon Holliman, maternal and paternal grandparents, several aunts, uncles, and cousins. He is lovingly remembered by his mother, Mrs. Gladys M. Jones, wife, Mrs. Janice Ezell, sons, Justin and Evan {Precious) Jones. Grandchildren, Ezarious, Tiana Lanae, Renia Nyriee.
